All stock on amosandlila is subject to availability. All items are promoted in good faith and to be available at the time of ordering. However, unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Amos & Lila is not responsible for any item that runs out of stock or are discontinued by the manufacturer while displayed online. We will however endeavour to keep the site up to date.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see on amosandlila.com.au can depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Any orders placed by you via amosandlilacom.au constitutes an offer by you to Amos & Lila to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Amos and Lila strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we will not tolerate any unlawful activity or abuse on our website or email.

Prices, products and offers include GST (where applicable) for Australian customers. Prices are correct at time of online publication but are subject to change without notice.

Amos & Lila must be contacted prior to the exchange of any goods.

We will gladly credit or exchange products in original sale condition on presentation of the original sales docket within 14 days. No exchange or refunds given on any Sale items. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error or garment fault. Further delivery costs may be incurred on exchange of products.
