We aim to post your items within 1-2 business days after you have placed your order, however if we are processing a large volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you by email of any significant delays to your order.
Please note we are unable to ship orders on weekends and public holidays, so ensure you take this into account when making your purchase. You will be notified of your shipping cost at checkout when purchasing your item.
Within Australia there is a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and shipping is free if you spend $150 or more.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to our address, which can be given to you through email correspondence. If you choose not to obtain tracking with your purchase, we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. If we don’t receive an item that you have shipped back to us, we ask that you contact the relevant courier or postal service you used to inquire about the delivery or make a complaint. We are not responsible in any way for items lost in transit, and are under no obligation to refund a lost item.
